Quick Answers
How many new construction communities do you track?
I track 36 communities from 12 builders across greater Jacksonville. 29 are now selling, 5 are coming soon and 2 are in closeout with final homes.
Where do your prices come from?
Starting prices and status are as published by each builder or a public listing source when I checked. Not published means no price was posted. Options, upgrades and lot premiums add to the starting price.
Do I need an agent to tour a new construction community?
Many builders ask that your agent register you or come with you on your first visit, so set up any representation you want before your first visit.
