The starting price is usually for the smallest plan, which may or may not be a 4 bedroom plan, so confirm 4 bedroom pricing with the builder. Not published means no starting price was posted when I checked; some of those communities list individual homes on the builder site, shown on their community pages. Another 8 listings on my report had no bedroom count published when I checked, and 7 listings have a published range that does not include 4 bedrooms, so they are not included here.
